WestPac was in charge of my military move from Honolulu to DC. Honestly, I am blown away right now. I move every 2-3 years with the military and this has been hands down the best move of my military career.

(1) Let's start with their administrative staff: I received my orders three weeks prior to departing the island and their team was very responsive in getting a date scheduled for me to get me out of here on time. On top of that, my orders got changed again and they shifted very quickly to move my date to even earlier. They are very responsive, timely, thorough, and accurate.

(2) Pre-Move survey: was quick and efficient. Super easy. The team went over pre-move instructions so there was no confusion.

(3) Move Day: The movers were supposed to get here between 8-9AM. They got here at 7:58AM. They were extremely fast and efficient.

We need more moving companies like WestPac to service the military community. Cheers

Amazing from start to finish! Maeca coordinated everything with me and made this process soooo easy, despite the craziness and pushbacks due to covid. I think we started this process in Feb of this year? She was always so calm and professional on the phone and always sounded so happy to help!

Joe, Michael, & Jeremie were an amazing & solid crew! Very courteous & efficient, they were punctual as well. They powered through everything. We had moving our stuff from storage blocked off from 8-10, but those guys finished packing it all up in about 30min. Our apartment elevator was reserved for 12-5, but after finishing the storage unit, they powered through packing up the apartment, which only took them a good 2hrs. They were outta here by 2!
